A villa is very spacious offering you a living area, kitchen, dining areas and don't forget your own private pool and spa. The villa could accommodate up to two families (8 people) as it has 4 good sized bedrooms and will cost not much more than a hotel room, rates are as low as £60 per night for the entire villa and that is inclusive of all taxes. There is also no need to worry about parking as there is a large drive.
Our beautiful villa is fully furnished and includes all towels and bed linen. The kitchen is also well equipped and has everything you will ever need for your vacation. There is a DVD player if you would like to bring your own films. There is a travel cot,high chair and stroller provided for your use but guests must bring cot linen.
There is a large Publix supermarket just 2 minutes drive away together with a Mcdonalds, Creperie, Subway, Pizzeria and Chinese restaurant. There is also a video and dvd store where you can hire your favourite movies. Also nearby is a 24 hours Walgreens pharmacy and a gas station that has a range of food outlets inside. In addition to these facilities within a 4 minute drive you will find a selection of your favourite eateries and restaurants. You are also next door to the magnificent Champions Gate golf complex.

Most of the villas are privately owned and you will find booking direct with the owner is the most cost effective way. You can also see the exact villa that you will be staying in and its individual furnishings so there are no surprises when you arrive. References from our Florida Management company are available should you need any reassurance.
Just complete the booking form with the dates that you are interested in and we will confirm if they are available. If they are we will send you a booking form by email although this can be posted if you prefer. You then just return the completed booking form with your 20% deposit and we will send you a letter of confirmation. Payment can be made through Paypal with an additional 3% surcharge.
